All Brookline E5000 Series Exit Device Can Be Converted Into Alarmed Exit Devices. The Alarm Feature is Designed to Deter and Signal Unauthorized Movement Through The Opening. An Audible Alarm Will Sound When a Person Tries to Use The Device. The Alarm Will Continue to Sound Until It Is Manually Reset with A Key.

Type AL2 - Monitors The Touch Bar and The Latchbolt When the Touch Bar is Depressed or The Latchbolt is Retracted by The Outside Trim, The Horn Will Sound

Technical Note: When The AL1 or AL2 Alarm Kits Are Installed on A Non Fire Rated Device, The Dogging Feature Is No Longer Available.
